Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley has a special rate for conference delegates which is available from September 3rd 2008 to September 5th 2008. Accommodation can be booked in two ways:

Cancellation Policy:
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge with notification to be received in writing. Alternatively a full refund, less $100 (incl. GST) service charge, will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 30 days prior to the event. No refunds can be made less than 30 days prior to the event.
